Learning & Development Specialist

The Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and supporting key learning and development initiatives across the organisation. This role oversees the Graduate Programme, Skills Development initiatives, and the coordination of learning activities, ensuring employees have access to meaningful development opportunities. Working closely with the People (HR) team and business leaders, the Learning & Development Specialist helps implement development strategies, supports personal development plans, and contributes to building a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organisation.
