Lead Product Owner

Eeze is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead Product Owner to guide the direction of multiple product teams, primarily within game development and the online gaming sector. This senior leadership role is key to defining product strategy, ensuring consistent delivery, and driving cross-functional collaboration across the full product lifecycle. Key responsibilities include providing leadership and direction to a team of Product Owners managing multiple products or complex product portfolios, aligning product strategies with company objectives and OKRs, acting as the key decision-maker on product priorities, timelines, and feature development, and defining and owning the long-term product vision. The Lead Product Owner will collaborate with the Head of Product and executive leadership on roadmap planning and product investment decisions, foster a culture of innovation, oversee product backlog prioritization and delivery planning, and ensure timely and high-quality product releases. Additionally, the role involves mentoring junior Product Owners and monitoring market trends to inform product direction while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.

5+ years of experience in product ownership, including at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role, proven experience in game development or the online gaming (iGaming) sector, strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution capabilities, excellent leadership and mentoring skills, experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe, strong technical understanding and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, understanding of regulatory compliance within the gambling industry, comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
