Junior Affiliate Manager (Influencer & Streamers)

Join a fast-growing crypto casino as Partnerships Associate, where you’ll create high-impact partnerships with top creators across Kick, YouTube, and Instagram. Key Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to promising influencers and streamers with high potential to drive traffic and conversions, negotiating affiliate terms, onboarding new partners, and maintaining strong relationships with influencers. You will monitor each partner’s performance across key KPIs, analyze campaign data, and provide regular reports to the marketing team. Collaborating closely with social media, VIP, and acquisition teams is essential to align influencer activations with larger marketing initiatives.

Familiarity with key performance indicators, including FTD, GGR, and NGR. Affiliate management experience is ideal. Interest in managing influencers, affiliates, or content creators is a must. Familiarity with platforms like Kick, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, Telegram, and Discord. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable using data to evaluate performance and inform decisions. Self-starter mindset.
