Java Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to drive the development of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions. In this role, you will oversee the full development lifecycle—from defining technical solutions and mentoring development teams to ensuring code quality and aligning with architectural vision. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust Java applications, leveraging expertise in Spring, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on coding skills with leadership experience, guiding teams toward best practices while ensuring timely and successful project delivery. Main Responsibilities include assuring good execution during development, writing technical solutions based on business needs, participating in code reviews, mentoring teams, implementing robust Java applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, consulting on architectural design, troubleshooting technical challenges, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software. You will also communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, and challenges.

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Java Developer, with at least 2 years in a Technical Lead or similar leadership role. Strong proficiency in Java (JDK 21), Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Experience with Websockets. In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices. Strong experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL), including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar systems. Strong experience with Event Driven Architecture and Apache Kafka. Experience with CI/CD, version control tools (Git), and modern development practices (Agile, Scrum). Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and related deployment technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
