Job Description

The Integrity Investigator will contribute to all aspects of Sportradar’s intelligence and investigation activities, and the role demands a creative, forward-thinking investigator with a service-provider mindset. The challenge includes driving complex investigations across all four pillars of Integrity Services (Anti-Match-Fixing, Anti-Doping, Safe Sport, Compliance, Risk & Governance), ensuring thorough and effective resolution of integrity challenges. Responsibilities include preparing comprehensive case files, conducting diverse evidence-gathering activities, overseeing digital forensic capabilities, ensuring legal and ethical compliance, enhancing processes and innovation, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have operational investigative expertise, advanced communication skills, mastery of investigative techniques, intelligence and evidence-gathering proficiency, and a client-focused mindset. Passion for sports and awareness of international issues associated with sport-related corruption are also essential.

Requirements

Proven experience in investigative roles within fields such as sports integrity, journalism, law enforcement, compliance, fraud prevention or financial crime. Exceptional writing and reporting skills. Demonstrable expertise in investigative strategies. Hands-on knowledge of OSINT, SOCMINT, and HUMINT tools. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Strong ability to understand and utilise digital platforms and investigative tools. Meticulous attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Flexible and adaptive to shifting priorities.
