Position Summary The Manager, Strategic Sourcing is responsible for developing and executing category plans, and driving value across spend areas. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver cost savings, innovation, and risk mitigation, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This hybrid position can be based in our Jacksonville, FL office and requires three days per week on-site. Core Competencies Strategic thinking and category management Strong negotiation and contract management skills Relationship management with stakeholders and suppliers Analytical skills and process improvement orientation Key Responsibilities Develop and execute category plans to drive value, cost savings, and innovation. Manage sourcing events, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract reviews. Drive process improvements and manage operational KPIs within the sourcing function. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers. Collaborate with Procurement Operations, Supplier Risk & Reporting, and VMO to ensure alignment and integration of sourcing strategies. Define risk frameworks and lead critical supplier reviews. Oversee vendor governance and lead contract renewals and performance actions. Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Measurements Achievement of annual cost savings and value targets Successful execution of category plans and sourcing initiatives Stakeholder satisfaction and engagement Supplier performance and compliance with SLAs Timely and accurate reporting for regulatory and internal compliance Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field 8–12 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, with significant category management experience Strong negotiation and contract management skills Experience leading teams and managing complex sourcing initiatives Preferred: Professional certifications (CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent); Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) Equal Employment Opportunity Paysafe provides equal employment opportunities to all employees, and applicants for employment, and prohibits discrimination of any type with regard to ethnicity, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other protected characteristics.
