iGaming Supervisor - (11PM - 7AM Shift ) - Bensalem, PA

Are you ready to lead the next generation of online entertainment? As an I-Gaming Pit Boss, you are the heartbeat of our live streaming studio. You will oversee live game operations, ensuring that our Live Dealers and Shufflers deliver a professional, engaging, and high-energy experience to players across the country. You’ll be the first line of defense for technical troubleshooting, regulatory compliance, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, digital environment. Key Responsibilities include Operational Oversight: Supervise Live Dealers and Shufflers to ensure total compliance with Multi-State Gaming Commission regulations (NJ, DE, PA, WV) and internal policies. Quality Control: Promptly correct dealer/shuffler errors and step in to assist with game presentation or shuffling when necessary. Technical Troubleshooting: Monitor and resolve studio technical disruptions immediately to minimize downtime, adhering to strict gaming regulations. Performance Mastery: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all company-offered games and collaborate with management to test new applications and studio features. Guest Relations: Act as the escalation point for player complaints via chat, resolving conflicts professionally while upholding Playtech’s high service standards. Reporting & Administration: Support the Site Manager with daily operational tasks and ensure all gaming reports are accurate and policy-compliant. Leadership: Foster a positive, orderly work environment and lead communication/conflict resolution between licensees and players.

Must be 21 years of age or older. Ability to obtain and maintain a Pennsylvania Gaming License and a West Virginia Casino Employee Registration. Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience. Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office. Ability to deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards (requires repetitive hand/arm movement). Professional demeanor regarding speech, appearance, and posture on camera. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. High School Diploma or GED required.
