We are looking for a superstar Senior Game Producer to join our new studio as we shape the future of Slot games. In this role, you will have 100% freedom and ownership over your game titles. You will do the end-to-end creative development, from the initial concept and mathematical profile to the final polish and certification. You will not just manage a backlog; you will be the creative force behind the games. You will combine market insights and data analytics with creative vision to define unique mechanics, ensuring our slots resonate with players and perform commercially. Responsibilities include working closely with design and development teams to define, conceptualize, and iterate new game visions, conducting market research to understand competitive products, using data insights to drive product decisions, collaborating with game mathematicians, crafting detailed specifications for new games, streamlining the game production pipeline, providing quality control over design outputs, and overseeing the product through the certification process.

4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Producer specifically within the iGaming game production industry, a portfolio of released titles demonstrating vision and product shaping, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields, attention to detail, ability to take critical feedback, ability to analyze and interpret complex data, deep understanding of casino games and game mathematics, experience driving development within an Agile environment.
