Head of Affiliates

The Head of Affiliates will lead the global affiliate channel across all markets, with full ownership of its P&L. This role is responsible for building and scaling a high-performing team, driving sustainable growth, and guiding the evolution of the affiliate model in a sector undergoing rapid transformation. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial leadership, deep analytical capabilities, and a global perspective, with the ability to turn complex market dynamics into clear strategic actions. You will be responsible for strategic leadership and performance, managing a large and diverse team, overseeing all affiliate deal structures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory environments. The successful candidate will have 7–10+ years in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry, proven track record in managing multimillion-euro budgets, and strong commercial and sales experience.
