Head of Acquisition - Crypto

Our client is the ultimate online crypto casino, built by experienced players who know what real gamblers want. We’re looking for a Head of Acquisition to lead growth across SEO, PPC and Affiliates. This is a remote role across Europe, with visa relocation supported: Lead a cross‑channel acquisition function covering PPC, SEO, Affiliates, CRM, and partnerships. Build a data‑driven growth strategy to attract and retain players in the iGaming and crypto gambling space. Manage a GenZ‑focused team in a startup environment; hire, coach, and develop talent. Collaborate with product, creative, compliance, and external partners to optimise campaigns across channels, including events, PR, and Affiliates. Bring 8+ years in PPC, SEO, and Affiliates, with proven iGaming or crypto gambling experience. Expect a fast‑paced, inclusive culture with global reach and flexible remote options. Working alongside the CMO you’ll shape growth for a leading brand in a rapidly evolving space, and relocation is available if you already hold a relevant visa.
