OVERVIEW: To strengthen our experienced teams, we are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer that will join our office in Montevideo. You will work individually but you will be a part of the international IT support team in the Sportradar Group. THE CHALLENGE:Being the 1 level of tech supportManaging day to day IT operationsFacilitate IT procurement, desktop support and active directory among other dutiesCollaboration with our global development teams YOUR PROFILE:Master or Bachelor Degree in computer science or an equivalentStrong background in Microsoft products required (Windows Server, Office, Windows 10, Azure, WSUS)Antivirus SoftwareAsset management toolsGood communication skillsFluent in EnglishWillingness to learn new technologiesPositive, team player with a can-do attitude
