Director ESG

Join our client, a leading global consulting firm recognised for its commitment to sustainability and innovative decarbonisation strategies, as a Director ESG located in Gurgaon. In this pivotal role, you will lead and grow ESG and Decarbonisation advisory engagements, working directly with C-Suite executives and key stakeholders to develop and implement effective environmental strategies. As the Director ESG, you will drive successful client engagements, oversee GHG inventories, and advise clients on sustainability frameworks and science-based targets. Your leadership will deepen relationships with existing clients while acquiring new accounts, ensuring you establish the firm as a trusted advisor in the sustainability space. Lead and grow ESG and Decarbonisation advisory engagements for clients. Advise C-Suite and stakeholders on ESG strategy and compliance. Manage client engagements on ESG reporting and decarbonisation strategies. Ensure alignment of GHG inventories with GHG Protocol and best practices. Foster long-term relationships and drive business development efforts. Guide clients on science-based targets and sustainability strategies. Build and mentor high-performance teams within your practice. Demonstrate strong analytical and project management skills. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in environmental science or sustainability, coupled with a passion for climate action. You will be at the forefront of driving real climate impact.
