Data Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Data Product Manager to lead the design and evolution of our BI and analytics platform. In this role, you will define the product vision and roadmap for a unified BI system that supports management decision-making and operational execution. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and platform teams to turn complex business needs into scalable, well-structured data products. Key Responsibilities include defining the overall vision, positioning, and roadmap for the BI platform, designing and standardising core metrics and analytical frameworks to support management reporting and operational use cases, translating business requirements into clear BI product designs, dashboards, and metric definitions, owning the end-to-end delivery of BI features, and driving BI product adoption by improving usability, clarity, and decision impact across teams.

3+ years of experience in Data Product Management, Analytics Product Management, or a related role. Proven experience building or leading BI platforms or analytics products. Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex business problems into data and metrics. Experience defining metric systems, data models, or analytical frameworks. Familiarity with data platform architectures, data warehouses, or lakehouse concepts. Solid communication skills and experience working with business, data, and engineering teams. Hands-on experience writing PRDs and driving products from concept to delivery. Comfortable working cross-functionally with DE/Infra/Ops/DA/DS teams in a fast-paced environment.
