Customer Support Agent (Withdrawals)

Responsible for making outbound calls to selected customer base, for customers that are either inactive or that could be possible new customers from leads received through various marketing campaigns. The purpose of the position would be to increase the customer base/retain customers/convert inactive customers to active customers.
