Country Manager Sweden - iGaming - based in Copenhagen

Our client is a leading tech and digital services provider operating within the iGaming industry. As part of their continuous growth, we are now seeking a Country Manager for the Swedish market. We are looking for a proactive Country Manager to develop the market and deliver profitability of the company's brands. As a Country Manager, you would need to demonstrate strong communication, organizational and thinking skills. You will be responsible for driving business growth, supervising operations, and establishing our brands as leading players in the market. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges, developing tailored, country-specific market strategies to enhance our positioning and growth within the industry, recruiting and training teams to ensure they are well-equipped to adapt to local market nuances, monitoring and optimizing our websites for user experience excellence, conceptualizing and implementing creative promotional strategies for our casino and sports products, driving continuous improvement of key business KPIs through data-driven decision-making, and maintaining regular communication with head office. Additionally, you will need to establish relationships with local regulatory bodies and have comprehensive knowledge of Entertainment industry laws and regulations in the region.

Minimum 4 years of extensive experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry with a deep understanding of the local market dynamics. Strong familiarity with the country/region's culture, business practices, and economic landscape. Proven track record of navigating regulatory frameworks. Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Native in Swedish language and proficient in English.
