Job Description

Sportradar (NASDAQ:SRAD) is a fast-growing sports technology company in a critical phase of its development. The Corporate Development Analyst will play a vital role in the next chapter of growth for the company, supporting with analysing, evaluating and executing inorganic growth initiatives across all areas of the business while working with the Director Corporate Development and SVP Corporate Development. The role involves executing M&A projects along the full spectrum of the deal lifecycle, leading key operational aspects of the end-to-end M&A process, including Q& tracking, VDR and DRL management, financial model compilation, process structure and organization. The analyst will work alongside internal and external teams to deliver pre-DD assessment, LoI structuring and negotiation, DD, transaction structuring and documentation, and investment committee/board approval processes. Additionally, the analyst will support in the implementation of a group-wide M&A framework, including M&A idea generation and execution, and will act as an additional contact for M&A execution topics within the SR Group. The role requires a bachelor or master’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics or a related field, along with 2-3 years of professional experience in an M&A position. Excellent communication and presentation skills, initiative, and flexibility to travel at least 50% of the time are essential.

Requirements

Bachelor or master’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related field; 2-3 years of professional experience working in an M&A position; Proven track record of building relationships and managing multiple, cross-functional teams; Excellent fact-gathering and analytical skills; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Initiative and drive; Flexibility to travel at least 50% of time.
