We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to serve as the CEO for Asia. This is a senior executive position with full responsibility for the region’s performance and growth. The role involves building regional operations from the ground up, defining and executing the market strategy, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the iGaming industry across Asia, a strong commercial background, and a proven track record of building and guiding successful teams. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive business plan to drive growth, revenue, and market share across key Asian markets, recruiting and managing a regional team, overseeing regional performance, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of senior management experience in the B2B iGaming industry, a deep understanding of multiple Asian iGaming markets, and exceptional leadership and negotiation skills.

10+ years of senior management experience in the B2B iGaming industry, deep understanding of and proven success in multiple Asian iGaming markets, demonstrated experience in recruiting and managing high-performing teams, strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience, exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, established network within the Asian iGaming operator community, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, fluency in English; proficiency in another major Asian language is a strong advantage.
