EveryMatrix is transitioning from the era of manual workflows to the era of autonomous excellence. The Chief AI Officer is a C-Level visionary and executor. You will be the architect of our 'AI-First' era, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and ground-level delivery. Your mission is to eliminate manual friction and empower our staff with intellectual leverage, ensuring EveryMatrix becomes the most efficient and innovative powerhouse in the iGaming industry. Top Goals include accelerating our transition from manual operational excellence to AI-driven market leadership, implementing AI-driven workflows to boost company-wide productivity and operational margins dramatically, and collaborating with Product Managers to integrate AI into our core offerings, creating unique, high-value features for our global clients. Key Responsibilities involve defining and evolving the group-wide AI strategy in close partnership with Top Management, building and maintaining a high-impact AI roadmap, establishing and leading our internal AI Competence Centre, overseeing the 'Acceleration Squads' to ensure projects are moved from concept to production, and implementing rigorous tracking of AI-driven improvements to ensure continuous optimization and clear reporting on ROI to the Board.

You possess keen insights into the current and future state of AI; you don't just follow trends - you understand how to apply them. You have successfully led AI implementations or large-scale digital transformations in similar-sized technology organizations. You excel at keeping things simple. You can take complex technological concepts and turn them into clear, actionable business processes. You are excellent at managing a high volume of concurrent AI initiatives without losing sight of the 'big picture.' You can influence at the C-Suite level while effectively coaching teams on the ground in Bucharest and beyond. Knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem (Trading, Casino, Sports) is a significant advantage.
