Business Operations Manager

The Business Operations Manager is a critical partner to the VP of Operations, combining pragmatic thinking with hands-on operational support to ensure strategic goals are translated into outcomes and effective operational processes. In this role you will provide insight into leadership through data and reporting and drive initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and scalability across the organization. You will also enable the VP of Operations to operate at the maximum leverage day-to-day (prioritisation, follow-up, meeting prep, tracking actions, coordinating stakeholders). Overall, you will act as an operational “second brain”: turning ideas into plans, plans into actions, and actions into measurable results. You’ll work across the business – commercial, marketing, product, compliance, marketing, finance, customer operations – to make sure priorities are clear, owners are accountable, and timelines are hit. Key Responsibilities include supporting the VP of Operations, providing business insight and decision support, overseeing key strategic and operational projects, ensuring operational excellence and process improvement, and facilitating cross-functional coordination. You will handle highly sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

4+ years of experience in business operations, operations management, program/project management, strategy & operations, or similar. Strong preference for candidates who have directly supported senior leadership. Proven ability to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ownership mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. Solid understanding of core business functions. Advanced proficiency with standard productivity and planning tools. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or similar. MBA or other advanced business degree strongly preferred. Experience in the iGaming sector is a plus.
