Sportradar
As a Business Intelligence Developer at Sportradar, you will work on the development of Sportradar’s Analytics Platform and build data models, interactive applications, and dashboards to deliver data-driven insights supporting business and commercial management units in the Sportradar group. You will also contribute to the development of data pipelines to collect, transform, warehouse, and process commercial and financial related data and data related to Sportradar’s products, services, and operational business processes. This position is open in the Data Office that operates in six different countries. You will develop a deep understanding of Sportradar's business processes and data architecture, analyze requirements and opportunities for improving business decisions and operations efficiency through data analytics, and deliver state-of-the-art data analytics and reporting solutions leveraging our commercial and business data. Responsibilities include data modeling for reporting and analytics, development and deployment of data visualizations and reports for management and internal business partners, and presenting ideas and solutions to business and technical stakeholders clearly. You will also support the design and build of scalable, reliable, and secure data warehousing architectures and data integration/processing pipelines, onboard and train business users to leverage business intelligence tools, and propose innovative, data-driven approaches to enhance monetization of products and services. Co-creating and delivering an ambitious business intelligence roadmap in close coordination with various stakeholders is also part of your role.
Demonstrated technical expertise in business intelligence tools, design, and development of dashboards and reporting applications, databases, data modeling, ETL processes. Minimum of 3 years of experience working on projects related to data management and/or business intelligence. Proficiency in working with relational databases and advanced knowledge of SQL. Experience working with BI tools such as Qlik Sense/Qlik View, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent is required. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Amazon Redshift, and/or Amazon Athena is a plus. Understanding and experience with predictive analytics, statistical modeling, or machine learning is a plus. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science / Engineering, Mathematics / Statistics, or related field; equivalent experience acceptable. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
