REQ12655 Attendant, Gaming Machines - Limassol (Open) POSITION SUMMARY: The Attendant, Gaming Machines will provide excellent customer service and ensures all guests receive an unique and positive experience in the Casino. The Attendant, Gaming Machines shall directly report to the Supervisor, Gaming Machines and Senior Supervisor, Gaming Machines and Duty Manager, Gaming Machines. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcomes all guests of the complex, tell them about available slot machines and game rules, know the games Explains content and advantages of loyalty program to customers Creates positive corporate culture, based on Company objectives Exchanges information with Supervisors and Managers on how to improve business activities and services Creates and maintains inclusive working environment and ensures proactive teamwork with all the colleagues Bears responsibility for cash and cash equivalents stock, accurate and well-timed execution of all operations, including check of given out cash and balancing at the end of the shift Carries out financial/money transactions of customers, credit cards services Accepts, calculates, keeps and gives out cash and stock with due regard to security requirements and safe-keeping of material assets QUALIFICATIONS: Experience Ideally 1-2 years in a Casino Environment but not necessary Experience in the Hospitality Industry will be considered an advantage Education Secondary level education Skills / Competencies Greek and English conversational level is a must; any other language will be considered as a strong advantage PERSONAL COMPETENCIES: Able to work shifts in a 24/7 operation and stand for long periods of time Motivated to adapt to a dynamic, fast paced and crowded environment Is trustworthy, well presented, outgoing and self-motivated Demonstrates a high commitment to delivering results Achieves agreed objectives and accepts accountability for results Displays the highest level of integrity Presents a high commitment to improving customer service Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited (“Melco”) is a developer, owner and operator of casino gaming and entertainment casino resort facilities in Asia.
