We are proud to offer excellent opportunities for talented individuals to join the roaring team of MGM China. 我們誠邀才華出眾的您，把握美高梅中國事業機會，與金獅再闖另一座高峰。 Job Responsibilities: Assist the Restaurant Manager in the smooth and efficient operation of the assigned outlet Operate the outlet under the direction from the Restaurant Manager as per the standards and procedures and practice managerial principles, in order to achieve departmental goals, in terms of guest satisfaction, financial targets and training and high employee morale Ensure a smooth daily operation of Front and Back of the House, responsible for deliver superior service, maximize customer satisfaction and respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints Build good relationship with customers, improve restaurant image, sales and traffic of the restaurant Coordinate with staff to ensure proper services provided, considering special requests and food allergies Discuss with chef on producing menus and promotional programs Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily Maximize employee productivity through the use of multi-skill, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests Job Requirements: Minimum of 8 years Food & Beverage working experience with at least 2 years solid experience in supervising and running the daily operation Diploma or above in hotel or related disciplines Excellent language skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese; conversational Japanese is required for candidates applying to the Japanese restaurant Possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Exhibit a collaborative spirit and excels in team communication and cooperation Demonstrate a strong work ethic, a proactive approach, and a high sense of responsibility Maintain a neat and professional appearance, adhering to strict hygiene standards Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays IT TAKES GREAT PEOPLE TO MAKE GREAT MOMENTS We are thrilled you are interested in joining the Golden Lion Team.
