REQ13820 Analyst, Strategy and Analytics (Open Date: 07/01/2026) Position Summary Develop and implement data-driven strategies and initiatives with the goal of driving gaming revenue growth and maximizing overall company profitability. This involves conducting in-depth statistical analysis, identifying opportunities, leveraging gaming technology and enhancing operational processes in both gaming and non-gaming areas. Collaborate with various business units, such as providing product and operational strategies that align with the company's goals. Primary Responsibilities Develop, deliver, and maintain insightful KPI reports for senior management, highlighting operational trends, issues, and opportunities across gaming, casino marketing, and non-gaming units. Assist in data mining, perform exploratory data analysis and build predictive models Maintain and enhance the data warehouse system. Analyze current market trends, demand patterns, and the competitive landscape to identify revenue opportunities Analyse a variety of issues on an ad-hoc basis as requested by management Stay updated on industry best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies to proactively identify revenue growth opportunities and drive operational improvements Work with business teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights Key Performance Indicators Good and friendly communication manner Display a high commitment in delivering and improving customer service Develops and maintains constructive relationships with colleagues and external visitors Timely completion of delegated tasks with accuracy Qualifications Experience Preference is given to candidates with numerical, analytical or gaming working experience Education Bachelor degree or above, major in gaming, hospitality, data science, computer science, , mathematics, statistics, finance, engineering, or a closely related quantitative discipline. Skills / Competencies Candidate must have strong English writing and excellent Cantonese/Mandarin speaking skills Proficiency in Microsoft office such as MS Excel and PowerPoint Programming skills such as Python, R, SQL, SAS or other programming languages With knowledge in data visualization tool such as Power BI or tableau is preferred Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited (“Melco”) is a developer, owner and operator of casino gaming and entertainment casino resort facilities in Asia.
