REQ10939 Ambassador, Shuttle Services (Open) 職位概述 客運宣傳大使負責客人及員工穿梭巴士服務的日常運作。接待旅客，介紹最新的活動資訊，並協助旅客解答疑問；監察員工巴士狀況及解答同事查詢。 主要職責 於機場、碼頭、關閘及澳門旅遊景點接待入境旅客，並主動介紹最新的活動資訊。 於員工巴士站頭監察巴士狀況，如有異常並向上級匯報，以及解答同事查詢。 負責提供優質穿梭巴士服務。 協助客運服務團隊為客人管理交通接送服務。 協助客運服務團隊拓展新濠博亞旗下娛樂場中場入場人數方案。 按營運需要執行上級給予的任務。 嚴格遵守新濠博亞娛樂所訂立的政策及程序。 職位要求 經驗 一年或以上顧客服務經驗獲優先考慮。 技術 / 技能 能獨立處理行李擺放。 性格友善、有禮且熟悉我們的設施及服務。 Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited (“Melco”) is a developer, owner and operator of casino gaming and entertainment casino resort facilities in Asia.
