GiG’s full-year results show an 18% revenue increase, reaching €37.6 million, while 2025 Q4 results reported an 8% year-on-year rise in revenue to €9.5 million.
Adjusted EBITDA for FY 2025 reached €4.3 million, with Q4 adjusted EBITDA reaching €1.5 million. Operating loss in Q4 decreased to €3.6 million from 2024’s €6.1 million.
GiG CEO Richard Carter stated:

Q4 gross profit stood at €9 million, with a gross margin of 95%, which was the same as in 2024. Total operating expenditure dropped to €7.5 million from €8.3 million in 2024. Personnel costs also declined, falling to €5.2 million in Q4 from €5.9 million.
Net cash inflow comprised €5.2 million in Q4, compared to an outflow of €3.6 million in 2024. As of December 31, 2025, cash and cash equivalents totalled €9.9 million, up from €6.4 million in 2024.
During Q4, GiG completed six new brand launches, bringing the total number to 16 in 2025.
At the year’s end, the company also reported one remaining bank loan of €0.1 million.
