GiG Software has reported Q4 2025 revenue of €9.5m (£8.3m), an increase of 8% year on year (YoY), on the back of existing customer growth and new launches.

Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was €1.5m, rising from €100,000 in Q4 2024. Q4 2025 operating losses came to €3.6m, whereas the figure for the same period last year was €6.1m.

The provider said it delivered six launches during the quarter, including online gaming brand ITV Win, and signed five commercial agreements.

Revenue for full-year 2025 came to €37.6m, an 18% increase on 2024, and adjusted EBITDA was €4.3m versus a loss of €3m in 2024.

Bosses expect to oversee 12 to 14 launches in 2026, with revenue guidance set between €44m and €48m. EBITDA is forecast to land between €10m and €13m.

Management noted these launches were a mix between PAM, sportsbook and sweepstakes, with positions in markets including the UK, Spain, France and Canada set to be strengthened.

GiG said it was planning a wider agentic AI rollout across the business by the end of 2026, with the tech being used to assist with integrations, coding, customer support and incident management.

Richard Carter, GiG

Richard Carter, GiG CEO, remarked: “Q4 2025 also saw continued commercial momentum, with five new agreements signed, again demonstrating GiG’s competitive strength and ability to convert pipeline opportunities.

“Among these was a landmark partnership with Richmond Atlantic and ITV Studios for the launch of ITV Win, which went live in the UK market in December.

“Overall, full-year 2025 represented another solid step forward in GiG’s journey of growth and scalability.

“We enter full-year 2026 with strong momentum and expect to deliver sustained revenue and adjusted EBITDA growth through accelerated customer additions and continued operational discipline.”

This morning, 25 February, GiG Software began trading at SEK4.30 (£0.35) on the Stockholm Nasdaq exchange and reached a high of SEK4.16 at 9.05am GMT.
