As of July 23, 2026, Gambling.com Group has rebranded to Grandstand Limited, with the company’s website now live as grandstand.com, while its ordinary shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under “GRSD”.
According to the company, Grandstand will become its corporate identity to cover the group’s broader collection of business, while the flagship platform will remain in operation as a review and consumer comparison website.
The goal of the rebranding is to better position the company in its current format, which focuses on sports and gaming systems, and, at the same time, draw a clear line between the Grandstand company and the Gambling.com consumer brand.
CEO and co-founder of Grandstand, Kevin McCrystle, commented:
“Grandstand captures our position as the intelligence layer powering informed decisions for consumers and partners across sports, gaming and entertainment. The new name Grandstand brings together the broad array of products and services in our portfolio, while also creating room for what we are building now and our long-term roadmap.”
Currently, Grandstand helps users find odds and casinos, with its partner solutions covering areas such as sports data, advertising, entertainment, and audience monetization.
Gambling.com wrote on its website:
“Gambling.com is still Gambling.com. Same site, same team of experts, same job. The name of the parent company changed. The site you rely on did not. The change to Grandstand cements the changing landscape of the portfolio and identity and lets Gambling.com be what it has always been, the trusted gambling comparison site, without being mistaken for anything else.”
Additionally, the company shared that existing shareholders won’t be required to take any action as Grandstand’s shares will continue to be listed on Nasdaq with an unchanged CUSIP.
