Fortuna Entertainment Group (FEG) has named Uroš Bibić as its new group CFO, with his tenure getting underway at the start of this month.
Though this job marks Bibić’s first foray into the gambling industry, the Czechia-based operator said he brings “over a decade of international experience in financial leadership, mergers and acquisitions, and operational efficiency” to the role.
Bibić moves to FEG from Sport Vision Group, an Easten European-facing sports retail company that boasts strategic partnerships with the likes of adidas and Under Armour, where he also served as CFO.
He spent nearly seven years with the company based out of its Belgrade offices between December 2018 and September 2025.
Prior to that he did a six-year stint at Serbian retail grocery giant Domaća Trgovina – Aroma Marketi, joining in October 2012 as deputy CFO, before leaving in December 2018 after four-year as group CFO.
Bibić has also spent four years between 2008 and 2012 as a senior auditor at professional services firm Deloitte.
FEG’s LinkedIn announcement of Bibić’s arrival read: “His expertise spans financial strategy, cost control, compliance and digital transformation of finance functions.”
Dieter John, FEG group CEO, also welcomed Bibić, adding: “Uroš’s leadership will be instrumental as we continue to strengthen and integrate our finance function and pursue our strategic and financial performance goals.”
John was named CEO of FEG at the turn of the year, having made the step up from chief finance and operations officer.
At the time, the firm stated: “Having already made a significant impact as our chief financial and operations officer, Dieter has a deep understanding of our business and has been key in executing our strategy.
“With his strong track record in growing and transforming complex international organisations, Dieter is well-equipped to lead us into the next phase of growth and success.”
