Fincore positions itself to take a lead as gaming interest in AI peaks

Gaming technology company Fincore has initiated a rebrand alongside a new platform launch as it looks to tap into the rapid acceleration of AI.

AI technology is impacting every industry right now, with iGaming no exception – as one speaker at the SBC Summit in Lisbon said last month, AI is helping to drive the ‘biggest change in user behaviour’ since the advent of the internet.

With a similar notion in mind, Fincore has launched its new platform, ‘Find it Within’, targeting B2B platform suppliers with technology, system integration, roadmap acceleration, and data automation.

“At our heart, we’ve always been a tech solutions company,” said Mateja Popovic, CEO of Fincore. “This brand evolution makes that focus visible. It captures the precision of how we engineer and the fire that drives us to deliver for our customers in gaming.”

AI solutions are making their way into various aspects of the iGaming world. This includes product development, with slot studios and sportsbook developers using the tech for automation of day-to-day tasks and product testing.

Marketing is another key area, with AI being used to inform CRM, advertising campaigns, and social media outreach. Though AI content and the impact of Google’s AI tools on search results have impacted affiliates, these same firms are now looking to leverage the tech for their own favour.

Lastly, another key area of AI uptick is KYC and AML – operators are becoming more and more aware of AI’s potential to sift through vast amounts of customer data to detect signs of problem gambling or criminal behaviour.

Fincore aims to position itself to benefit from this surge in interest in and demand for AI solutions with its brand refresh and new platform.
