EveryMatrix has hired Jeppe Wienziers Stenbækas its new group AI director from software company Archon to “lead the group’s AI transformation across business and technology”.
Stenbæk worked at Archon, which develops “AI-ready foundational software systems”, as director of product from November 2025.
He previously served as head of revenue operations at payments firm Inpay between April and November last year.
Stenbæk began his career as a consultant at the end of 2014, when he joined EY’s Danish arm, before moving at the beginning of 2017 to a senior management consultant role at Implement Consulting Group, which he held for two-and-a-half years.
At the Danish pension and welfare distributor, ATP, he led an “intelligent process automation” team from 2019 to 2020.
Stenbæk then joined expenses tracking platform Pleo as a senior operations manager in October of 2020, before becoming a director in 2024.
EveryMatrix already uses AI agents for customer support, monitoring and detection for fraud prevention after the launch of Bonus Guardian in December, and AI recommendation engines for CRM following the expansion of a partnership with Future Anthem.
Stenbæk commented: “Much of my career has been about making organisations work better through technology, from software robotics to revenue operations to building products in crypto.
“The tools changed along the way, but the job was always the same. Find where technology creates real value and make it happen.
“That’s why this role feels less like a new direction and more like the natural next step. AI is the biggest lever I’ve seen for that job in my career.

Personnel changes at privately owned EveryMatrix in the past year include the departure of its Americas president, a new co-CEO setup, and the appointment of a new Latam managing director in January.
The Danish-founded supplier acquired frontend developer Goma Gaming for an undisclosed amount in November to add to its “frontend firepower”.
