Endorphina celebrates the achievements of women in the workplace on International Women’s Day with a video tribute featuring its own team members.
The short video shows Endorphina’s female employees sharing their thoughts on the role women play in shaping today’s iGaming work environment and reflecting on their experiences in the industry.
When asked, Kateryna Muzyka, L&D Manager, said:
“Creativity and joy do not depend on gender, or age, but solely on personality. What’s one stereotype in tech or gaming, that you personally enjoy breaking?”
This global day honors the achievements of women and promotes gender equality, empowerment, and women’s rights, so all that’s left to say is that your dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed.
Junior Sales Manager, Yulyia Lasiankova, also shared:
“We are not just for show. We can be more skilled, competitive, and better than many expect.”
This global day celebrates women’s achievements and promotes equality, empowerment, and women’s rights, recognizing the important contributions women make across the workplace.
Anatasia Zafesova, Admin Manager, added:
“Some people think that women in iGaming are not involved in real action. But my all-women admin team organises around 500 trips a year. And trust me. That’s real action.”
In fact, at her very first event, Partnership Manager Svetlana MD Masud was the subject of a bet from a man who claimed she wouldn’t make it past her probation period. She’s still here today; hopefully he paid up!
When asked: “If someone still thinks iGaming is a male industry, what would you say to them in one sentence?”, Lia Zulkarneeva, Product Manager, summed it up:
“I would say check the leaderboard; it speaks for itself.”
