The latest versions of the drPlayerApp are now fully operational and incorporate ‘tap and play’ NFC functionality
DR Gaming Technology (DRGT) returns to Booth 4405 at The Venetian Expo for the 2026 edition of G2E Las Vegas, where it will showcase how its casino management, cashless, player engagement and jackpot technologies are increasingly working together to deliver a genuinely player-first casino ecosystem.
Following significant growth in 2025, demand has continued for the Company’s management systems and jackpot solutions, as well as it’s growing portfolio of NextGen applications.
“Our growth is a reflection of the fact that operators are looking for technology that does more than simply manage a casino,” said Jurgen De Munck, DRGT Executive Chairman. “They want systems that give them better information, better control and, importantly, a better understanding of their players. That is exactly what we will be demonstrating at G2E.”
A major focus will be the company’s drPlayerApp and drManagementApp, with the latest version of the drPlayerApp now fully operational and incorporating ‘tap and play’ NFC functionality at its sister Infiniti Casinos in Dinant and Oostende.
The ability to ‘tap and play’ now offers players an even quicker and easier way to access their funds, transfer those funds to their favourite EGM, play, and then cash-out, whilst at the same time being able to track their own play, monitor their loyalty rewards and then use those rewards or the balance in their player wallet to order food and drinks, redeem vouchers, book hotel stays, or claim raffle tickets for example. Furthermore, the underlying cashless functionality gives operators something considerably more valuable than a convenient payment mechanism: accurate, real-time player and transactional data. DRGT
will also demonstrate its drCARM, a cash dispensing and player information kiosk, together with further developments across its NextGen Apps. Of particular interest will be the latest version of drFloorManager, along with updates to drRewards, which now brings the configuration of DRGT’s system-driven drJackpots and drPromotions together in one place.
“This is where the real value of our ecosystem starts to become apparent,” said company CEO Marco Herrera. “Cashless gaming gives operators the transactional data; our system then uses that information to drive player recognition, loyalty, bonusing, promotions and jackpots. The ability to configure these elements together means operators can be much more precise about what they offer, to whom they offer it, and when they offer it.”
The Company’s ‘Player First’ design mantra remains at the heart of all of this development. Rather than treating player tracking, cashless, rewards and jackpots as separate functions, DRGT’s approach is to connect them so that every player interaction is as frictionless as possible, whilst at the same time affording operators measurable and actionable insights; these include the ability to configure tailored system-driven jackpots, targeted promotions, as well as relevant loyalty rewards. The objective is straightforward: give operators the tools to understand their players better, and then the ability use that understanding to increase engagement and loyalty.
“Our mission for 2026 was clear: deliver scalable, intelligent, and player-focused technology that helps operators unlock value while keeping the experience seamless and engaging; I believe we’re doing that.” added Herrera.
Importantly, none of this development takes place in a laboratory environment. Through its sister Infiniti Casinos in Mexico, Belgium and France, DRGT continues to deploy, use, and test its technology with real players and real transaction volumes before making it available for wider deployment.
“This is probably one of our biggest advantages,” concluded De Munck. “We can put something into a casino, use it, test it, break it, improve it and test it again. By the time an operator sees it at a show, it has already been through a real gaming environment. This gives us real confidence, and ultimately, gives our customers considerably less risk. They’re deploying technology that they know works.”
