Bars in Circa offering At Par promos to Canadians

Promo attracts 15,000 Canadian customers to trio of Vegas casinos

Downtown Las Vegas’ Circa Resort & Casinothe D Las Vegas and Golden Gate Hotel & Casino are seeing a surge in Canadian visitation after launching a program that treats the Canadian dollar at par with the US dollar, drawing more than 15,000 visitors in its first month and generating more than 2,700 hotel room bookings.

The resorts’ At Par commitment will continue through Aug. 31 and applies to select gaming, hotel, beverage and entertainment offerings.

The At Par program will now also offer Canadian travelers and locals the opportunity to purchase tickets At Par to two April performances by Canadian DJ and producer Excision at Downtown Las Vegas Events Center April 24-25.

“At Par has created real momentum with our Canadian guests right out of the gate, and that means a lot to me personally given my lifelong connection to Canada,” said Derek Stevens, owner and CEO of Circa, the D, Golden Gate and Downtown Las Vegas Events Center. “Bringing a Canadian artist like Excision to Downtown Las Vegas Events Center builds on that momentum, pairing real value with major entertainment and giving Canadian guests even more reasons to plan a trip downtown.”

To continue the Canadian celebrations, rock band Finger Eleven will perform on Fremont Street Experience as part of its free Downtown Rocks Summer Concert Series on June 27 – just in time for Canada Day. The full lineup will be announced soon.

Under the At Par program, eligible Canadian guests receive $1 USD in value for every $1 CAD spent, regardless of daily exchange rates. Available across these three downtown Las Vegas properties and Downtown Las Vegas Events Center, the effort removes one of the biggest financial barriers to U.S. leisure travel and makes it easier for Canadian visitors to focus on what matters most: entertainment, hospitality and fun.

Canadian DJ Excision will headline two nights at Downtown Las Vegas Events Center April 24-25. Canadian fans can purchase tickets At Par by visiting the concierge at Circa or the D. Known for his bass-driven electronic music and large-scale live shows, Excision is one of Canada’s most prominent electronic artists, adding marquee Canadian entertainment to the program.

As part of its Downtown Rocks Summer Concert Series, Fremont Street Experience will feature Canadian rock band Finger Eleven on June 27. The multi-platinum group is known for their dynamic blend of hard rock and melodic hits. They achieved international success with their smash single “Paralyzer,” which topped the U.S. rock charts and became one of the most recognizable rock songs of the 2000s. With additional fan favorites like “One Thing,” the band continues to deliver high-energy live performances that resonate with audiences worldwide. The full lineup will be announced soon.

Canadian guests may redeem up to $500 CAD in slot promotional play, treated at full U.S. dollar value, by visiting Club One at Circa, the D or Golden Gate and presenting a valid Canadian passport or government-issued ID. Slot play is available on participating machines at each property, with standard exclusions.

Canadian guests staying at Circa, the D or Golden Gate will receive the At Par rate at check-in, paying the same amount shown in US dollars, charged directly in Canadian dollars, with no exchange rate applied. Canadian citizenship must be verified with a valid passport or government-issued ID.

The At Par program also extends to select beverage venues, including BarCanada at the D Las Vegas, a hockey-forward sports bar paying tribute to Canada, as well as Overhang at Circa and Bar Prohibition! at Golden Gate. Eligible Canadian guests may redeem At Par beverage pricing multiple times per visit upon verification of Canadian identification.

At Par underscores downtown Las Vegas’ continued focus on attracting Canadian travelers through compelling, value-driven experiences. Located in the heart of downtown Las Vegas, Circa, the D, Golden Gate and Downtown Las Vegas Events Center continue to lead with innovative, guest-first initiatives that pair bold ideas with authentic hospitality. Canadian guests do not have to be staying at Circa, the D or Golden Gate to participate in this promotion.
