Digitain has named former William Hill International head Mary Ann Calleja as the supplier’s new chief product officer (CPO).
Calleja joins the Armenian firm after almost two years with Suntech Innovation based out of the UAE, also serving as CPO.
With a lengthy igaming CV, Callega spent more than five years with William Hill International between January 2018 and October 2023, working across various arms of the business.
During her time with the company, she worked across SEO product, on the Mr Green brand and as head of product for B2C.
Prior to that, she also has had spells with LeoVegas Group and FanLeague.
In her new position with Digitain, Calleja will be responsible for overseeing the supplier’s “product vision and leading the strategic development of its expanding portfolio”.
The business noted that Calleja’s appointment represented a milestone as part of its “ongoing mission to deliver advanced, scalable, and partner-centric solutions”.
Calleja said: “Digitain is a leading B2B igaming platform and sportsbook provider, powering some of the most innovative operators across global markets.
“I’m excited to lead the product function during a pivotal stage of growth, scale and transformation.
“With an incredible team of talented professionals and a strong tech foundation, we’ll be focusing on elevating our platform capabilities, enhancing player experience through innovation and personalisation and aligning product delivery to our strategic vision and partner needs.”
Earlier this year, Digitain named Gil Soffer as its new chief commercial officer for its Malta arm.
