Zadrazil’s decades of experience makes him well-placed to support next phase of growth
Casinos Austria and Austrian Lotteries Group have appointed Robert Zadrazil as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, where he replaces Wolfgang Hesoun, who stepped down after six years in the position.
The Annual General Meeting of Casinos Austria AG also appointed Katja Tautscher, an accomplished legal expert, as a new member of the Supervisory Board, succeeding Erika Stark‑Rittenauer. In addition, the mandate of Roland Mechtler as a member of the Supervisory Board of Österreichische Lotterien Ges.m.b.H. was renewed.

Robert Zadrazil began his career at UniCredit Bank Austria in 2001. He has held various management positions here, including COO, Head of Global Banking Services Austria & CEE (2006-2009), CEO of Schoellerbank (2009-2012) and Board Member for Private Banking (2011-2016). From March 2016 to April 2024, he was CEO of UniCredit Bank Austria. Since May 2024 he has served as Country Manager of UniCredit in Austria.
