BoscaSports, the Irish technology company transforming live betting information for racecourses and betting operators worldwide, has completed the acquisition of UK-based 2DB, an integrated video streaming and data solutions business specialising in digital display technology.
The deal positions the combined business as a market-leading provider of LBO display technology, video streaming and data-driven distribution services.
The acquisition has been supported by a loan facility from Allied Irish Bank (AIB) – a strong vote of confidence in BoscaSports’ performance, strategy, and long-term potential.

2DB is a UK-based software specialist providing integrated video streaming and real-time data solutions, powering digital display environments across the gaming sector. The business is trusted by major global brands for its reliability, technical depth, and long-standing expertise.

The integration of 2DB will see BoscaSports’ team size double, enabling the company to accelerate product development, expand its global footprint, and further enhance video, data and display solutions across on-course, retail, and online betting environments.
BoscaSports currently delivers live betting information to retail displays at all 86 racecourses across the UK and Ireland, and the Group will now operate in 12 countries including Italy, Sri Lanka, Cyprus, Malta, Morocco and the UAE.
The combined client base in the UK and Ireland now includes major operators such as Flutter’s brands, including Paddy Power, plus Entain, Britbet, William Hill, Boyle Sports, UK Tote, Tote Ireland and the independent sector.
The company has also agreed a series of new significant contracts in the past year, including Abu Dhabi Turf Club/Momentum, MST (Italy), SOREC in Morocco, Ascot Racecourse, and BetMakers/Greyhound Racing Ireland. BoscaSports’ revenue grew by approximately 40% over the last 12 months, underlining the strength of its technology and its profitable, scalable business model.
