Yolo Group subsidiary Bombay Group has announced the appointments of Rhiannon Bach as chief marketing officer (CMO) and Lauren Findlay as chief digital officer (CDO), as part of Yolo’s regulatory shift away from grey jurisdictions.

Last month, Yolo founder Tim Heath said the operator would transition away from its Sportsbet and Bitcasino sites to operate under a singular Yolo.com brand as it looks to target “tier-one regulated markets”.

Bombay Casino, the group’s land-based casino in Estonian capital of Tallinn, is set to launch a digital arm soon, with the current Yolo.com site taking users through to the Bombay Casino platform.

As the group continues its shift towards regulated markets, new CMO Bach will lead Bombay Group’s global marketing and advertising as well as oversee its clubs, maritime operations and expansion of its hospitality and concierge brands.

Bach joins from Sweden-based hospitality technology company Atomize RMS, where she was head of North American growth.

She has several years of industry experience following a near-four-year stay with Caesars Entertainment between August 2009 and March 2013 as a VIP marketing associate and as director of casino marketing for Horseshoe Hammond Casino.

Bach also spent just over two years with Sands China as assistant vice-president of casino marketing, over four years with Aquis Entertainment as vice-president of marketing and vice-president and general manager of Casino Canberra, as well as two years with Live! Casino and Hotel as its vice-president of casino marketing.

Meanwhile, Findlay, in the role of CDO, will lead the Yolo.com brand as well as drive the digital transformation of Bombay Group’s offline ecosystem into a “seamlessly integrated premium digital experience”.

Lauren Findlay

Arriving from igaming consultancy firm Azure Skye as its co-founder and director, Findlay spent three years with LeoVegas Group in various roles between May 2019 and February 2022, latterly? for its Royal Panda brand as head of marketing and marketing director.

She also spent nearly two years with bet365 as a marketing manager between March 2017 and November 2018, and prior to that for as a paid media lead at Mr Green online casino.

Commenting on the dual appointments, Bombay Group chief executive Kevin McGowen said: “We are delighted to welcome Rhiannon and Lauren to the executive leadership team.

“The combined and extensive international backgrounds of both individuals and proven track records make these executive appointments exceptionally well suited to lead Bombay’s digital and marketing strategies as we continue to expand globally.”
