BetComply has announced that Warren Jacobs, an established iGaming entrepreneur and expert, has joined its board as a Non-Executive Director. Jacobs, a prominent figure in iGaming technology, has been leading Betable Group as CEO since 2018. He also holds the position of chairman at ActiveWin Media, where he previously served as managing director for ten years.

Jacobs is well-regarded for his ability to scale businesses and has collaborated with significant brands such as General Motors and Betfred. His appointment comes as BetComply is broadening its range of products and services, assisting partners in over 40 regulated jurisdictions globally.

Daniel Brookes, CEO of BetComply, expressed his enthusiasm about Jacobs joining the board, highlighting his extensive experience in building iGaming companies over the past decade. Brookes noted that with Jacobs’ guidance, BetComply will enhance its services to its partners.

Warren Jacobs, in his role as a non-executive director, remarked on the scarcity of top-tier compliance expertise in the iGaming sector. He commended BetComply for addressing this shortfall by offering essential technical and regulatory compliance support. Jacobs expressed his honor in joining the board and furthering this mission.

Since its establishment last year, BetComply has grown significantly, expanding its team to over 20 experts in iGaming compliance. Among its latest appointments is Loes Wetzer, who took on the role of operations director in August.
