Bally’s has reported Q4 2025 group revenue of $746.2m (£559.7m), as the firm’s reporting shifted following the October completion of Intralot’s €2.7bn acquisition of Bally’s International Interactive.
Bally’s holds a 58% controlling stake in the combined entity and has listed its results in its own P&L.
While International Interactive used to be its own reporting segment, this has been replaced by Bally’s Intralot B2C and Bally’s Intralot B2B.
The B2C arm reported revenue of $236.5m in Q4, up from $207.6m in Q4 2024. The division is overwhelming driven by the UK where the group runs brands such as Jackpotjoy.
Management noted UK online revenue was up 6.3% in constant currency for the quarter.
This was driven by a “large increase in new player volumes as well as continuing momentum in sports betting”, bosses added.
With remote gaming duty due to jump from 21% to 40% in April, Bally’s said it was “well positioned to mitigate the impact of this change and take market share”.
The firm added that its igaming revenue growth in the UK had “already outpaced that of our closest competitors”.
Revenue in Spain also jumped 6.3% on the back of “improved long-term retention and an increase in sports-led new players”.
Adjusted EBITDAR for the segment rose from $74.7m to $93m.
North America Interactive reported a revenue increase from $40.1m to $62.3m, marking a 55.4% year-on-year jump.
The division is made up of Bally Bet which is live in 14 North American jurisdictions.
Adjusted EBITDAR for the division swung from a $10.2m loss in 2024 to a gain of $844,000.
Elsewhere, the B2B reported revenue of $80m while the land-based side of the business came in at $366.2m.
Robeson Reeves, Bally’s CEO, said: “In summary, our strategic initiatives of the past year have created a scaled, growing, global omnichannel provider of retail and online experiences.
“We continue to demonstrate strategic and prudent use of our capital resources and balance sheet to drive growth and returns for our stakeholders.
“Combined with our operational expertise and long-term vision, we are aggressively pursuing and executing on the many growth opportunities before us.”
