Bally’s has shared its Q1 2026 results, reporting $755.7 million in quarterly revenue, a 28.3% year-on-year growth, as a result of strong performance in Bally’s International Interactive and Bally’s Intralot.
On the other hand, the company ended Q1 with $161.9 million in net loss, which is 217.3% higher compared to 2025’s $51.02 million, while pre-tax loss amounted to $255.7 million because of refinancing charges, higher interest payments, and debt costs.
Adjusted EBITDA stood at $153.33 million, representing a 16.7% growth. The main source of revenue was casinos and resorts, which showed an 8.1% rise to $379.7 million in revenue. For Bally’s Intralot B2C sector, revenue reached $239.9 million, up by 31%, while the Intralot B2B sector generated $74 million in quarterly revenue.
Bally’s CEO Robeson Reeves commented:

On the interactive side, Bally’s Intralot saw strong performance, particularly in our UK region and B2C business. We are now over seven months into the integration of Bally’s International Interactive and Intralot, and the teams have come together well, sharing a common strategy and priorities while tracking in line with our synergy plan.”
Additionally, on May 18, evoke and Bally’s Intralot extended the acquisition deadline to June 8, with the company set to announce whether it will move forward with the takeover or not.
