The purchase improves Aristocrat’s data capabilities for both the land-based and digital operations, as Gaming Analytics provides software to optimize player acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through real-time data analysis.
The provider’s tools help with slot performance tracking, as well as segmentation and automated marketing decisions. Integrating this technology will allow Aristocrat to strengthen its current casino management systems and interactive platforms.
Aristocrat stated:
“This strategic acquisition will help enhance Aristocrat’s capabilities for platform operations, particularly by providing operators with real-time data collection, analytics, and personalised player engagement across land-based operations.”
The acquisition is part of Aristocrat’s broader strategy of increasing its interactive standing in the market, as the company recently purchased NeoGames. The addition of analytics to content and platform assets will better position Aristocrat to offer more integrated solutions to operators, while data tools can support regulatory reporting and responsible gambling measures.
Although Aristocrat didn’t disclose the financial details of the acquisition, the deal still shows the growing importance of predictive modelling and automation in iGaming.
