All-in Diversity Project co-founder Kelly Kehn has stepped down from her position with the group after more than seven years.
Kehn first co-founded the not-for-profit organisation back in March 2017, working there concurrently with other business ventures.
During that time, she also served as global relationships director for SBC between November 2019 and June 2022.
In addition to running her own consulting firm from September 2016 to November 2019, she also worked as an industry relations partner at investment fund HappyHour from June 2022 to July 2024.
In September 2024, Kehn co-founded the startup launchpad Defy the Odds, alongside fellow industry veterans Paris Smith and Sue Schneider. She also sits on the board of dual-brand operator FUNNZ.
She has announced that fellow All-in Diversity Project co-founder Christina Thakor-Rankin will solely oversee the day-to-day operations, effective from 1 January 2025.
The All-in Diversity Project also boasts an extensive advisory board, including Responsible Gambling Council CEO Shelley White and Caesars Entertainment board member Jan Jones Blackhurst.
Writing on LinkedIn, Kehn expressed her pride at the achievements of the All-in Diversity Project despite the “bittersweet” decision to step down.
She wrote: “After seven years of incredible work with the All-in Diversity Project, I’m stepping down as co-founder at the end of this year.
“From 1 January, Christina Thakor-Rankin will take the reins, and I have no doubt she will continue to lead with purpose.
“This decision is bittersweet, but I am filled with gratitude for what we’ve achieved and for the community that has supported us along the way. Together, we’ve made strides in advancing diversity, equity and inclusion across gaming.
“We’ve made it a regular topic both in the boardroom and at industry events, we’ve celebrated the glass ceilings being smashed and learned to call out the barriers that still exist. I’m proud of all of us and how far we’ve come.”
Kehn added that diversity and inclusion will continue to form a key cornerstone of her work moving forward.
She continued: “I will continue to champion diversity and inclusion in all of my work. I will never stop pointing out where we can do better, and I will never tire of celebrating when we get it right.
“Thank you to those who continue to believe in the vision of the All-in Diversity Project and for your unwavering support over the years.”
