HeySeven.ai has appointed Rafi Ashkenazi as the company’s new executive chair.
The startup, founded in 2025, specialises in VIP account management but uses agentic AI technology to facilitate its operations.
The platform deals directly with customers over messaging platforms in real time, only escalating problems to human customer service representatives when necessary.
HeySeven.ai claims to be able to handle around 80% of VIP host tasks via the AI agents
In addition to his role at the Israel-based company, Ashkenazi concurrently serves as executive chair at Hard Rock Digital.
He joins fellow Hard Rock Digital alumnus Tal Margolin Rubinstein at HeySeven.ai.
Rubinstein, who co-founded the company in August 2025, serves as CEO.
She previously worked as Hard Rock Digital’s head of digital transformation from June 2024 to June 2025.
Rubinstein co-founded the business alongside Mikhail Gaushkin and Michal Lissauer, both of whom are also former Hard Rock execs.
Lissauer, who serves as HeySeven.ai COO, previously held the vice-president of operations role at Hard Rock International.
Gaushkin previously served as senior vice-president for marketing, player development and entertainment for the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tampa, Florida.
Prior to joining Hard Rock Digital, Ashkenazi spent time at Flutter Entertainment following the operator’s takeover of The Stars Group.
He served as a non-executive director at Flutter between May and August 2020, having held the role of CEO at The Stars Group from May 2015 to May 2020.
Ashkenazi’s igaming experience also extends to a seven-year period working for Playtech between January 2006 and January 2013.
