Raketech CFO Måns Svalborn has announced his resignation from the Malta-based affiliate after more than six years in the post.

Svalborn has chosen to step down in order to “pursue another opportunity outside the company”, Raketech noted.

He will remain with the business until 30 April 2026.

Raketech said it has begun a succession process to appoint a new CFO.

The business did not provide further details or timeline on when a new CFO would be appointed.

Svalborn joined Raketech in 2019 as CFO from financial services business Credorax.

Raketech had completed its IPO the previous year.

The company is due to report its Q4 and full-year 2025 report on 19 February.

As per its Q3 filings, revenue was down from €10.7m in 2024 to €6.2m in 2025.

Adjusted EBITDA remained flat at €1.2m. Raketech completed the sale of its Casumba assets at the end of September for a total consideration of €12m.

Speaking on his decision to resign, Svalborn said: “I am grateful for the opportunity to have served as CFO of Raketech and to have worked closely with the board, management team and colleagues across the group. I wish the company the best as it continues its work going forward.”

Johan Svensson, Raketech CEO, added: “On behalf of Raketech, I would like to thank Måns for his valuable contributions to the company.

“Since joining Raketech in 2019, he has played an important role in strengthening the group’s financial governance and supporting the company through a period of strategic transformation. I wish him all the best in his future endeavours.”
