Glitnor Group has rebranded to LCKY Group as it looks to expand its presence across international regulated markets.
The firm had been using the LCKY Group umbrella to house its B2C operations, with the rebrand now encompassing the whole business.
LCKY said the new identity would reflect the “clarity, ambition and pace” of the icasino operator and B2B supplier.
Combining a portfolio of brands that include Lucky Casino and Happy Casino, as well as its in-house game studio Swintt, the rebranding aims to aid international growth in regulated markets.
The rebranding arrives after years of acquisitions and hirings as the group grew globally.
Last September, LCKY Group secured €55m in investment from HG Vora Capital Management, with the funds to be used for M&A and growth.
In 2024, the operator, then known as Glitnor Group, acquired Malta-based online casino OneCasino.
That same year, Mel Camilleri-Bland and Claudia Ginex arrived as COO and chief people officer, respectively.
Richard Brown, LCKY Group CEO, said: “This is a natural evolution of who we already are.
“LCKY Group is a clearer expression of our ambition, our culture and the brands we are building. We are confident in our direction and excited about what comes next.”
