Soft2Bet brings in former GiG exec as commercial chief

Soft2Bet has announced the appointment of Andrew Cochrane as its new chief commercial officer (CCO).

Prior to joining Soft2Bet, Cochrane served as chief business officer at Gaming Innovation Group (GiG). He has also held senior leadership positions at DraftKings and SBTech.

The new CCO departed GiG last week, having started at the business in November 2023.

‍In his new role, Cochrane will oversee Soft2Bet’s “global commercial execution, partnerships and growth”, according to the supplier.

The new CCO will lead the group’s sales, commercial, customer success and corporate development teams, and will also be involved in joint venture and M&A projects.

‍Cochrane said: “This is an exciting moment to be joining Soft2Bet.

“The business has built a high-performance platform supported by an ambitious strategic growth roadmap, and stepping in at this stage presents a genuine opportunity to help shape and accelerate its next phase of development.

“I’m looking forward to working alongside the leadership team and playing a central role in driving the group’s continued expansion and long-term commercial success across regulated markets worldwide.”

In other Soft2Bet news, Atlético Madrid manager Diego Simeone was named an official brand ambassador for Betinia and CampoBet, both owned by the supplier.
