Flutter Entertainment has announced the appointment of Sally Susman as an independent non-executive director.
Susman will assume the role following the conclusion of the operator’s annual general meeting on 29 May 2026.
Across her career, Susman has held several vice-presidential roles at major corporations.
She currently serves as executive vice-president and chief corporate affairs officer for pharmaceutical giant Pfizer, a position she has held since 2007.
Prior to that, Susman worked as executive vice-president of global communications at cosmetics brand Estee Lauder from 2000 to 2007.
Susman also had two spells with American Express, the first as vice-president between 1990 and 1993, with the second as vice-president of European corporate affairs and communications from 1995 to 2000.
She also currently holds non-executive director roles at science safety company UL Solutions and the Equity Office Properties Trust.
Flutter chair John Bryant said: “We are delighted to welcome Sally as a non-executive director.
“Sally’s appointment is in line with our board renewal program having regard to the scale, geographic breadth and growth of the business. We look forward to Sally joining the Flutter board and contributing to the company’s future.”
Susman’s the latest non-executive director role to join Flutter’s board this year.
In October, the operator appointed former Cadbury and Bacardi executive Stefan Bomhard to a non-executive director role.
This followed on from the appointment of Keith Whyte, formerly of the National Council on Problem Gambling, as the new responsible gaming strategic adviser for the FanDuel brand.
Flutter ranked first in EGR’s Power 50 2025 list, doing so for the sixth consecutive year.
