ClearStake has announced former Las Vegas Sands and Aspire Global exec Paul Myatt as an investor and commercial adviser to the business.
Myatt joins with more than 15 years’ worth of experience in the igaming industry, having previously spent five years with NetEnt as its head of new business between September 2010 and October 2015.
Between October 2015 and November 2020, he served as Quickspin’s chief commercial officer.
Myatt then moved to Aspire Global as its chief business development officer, holding the same role with NeoGames Group when it acquired Aspire Global in June 2022.
He departed NeoGames in June 2023 to join Las Vegas Sands as its vice-president of commercial, but only held the position for seven months before moving to Brite Payments.
Setting up his own igaming consultancy firm called Vanquish in September 2024, Myatt now joins ClearStake where he will “support their sales and marketing efforts”.
Commenting on the addition, Martin Burt, ClearStake CEO, said: “Paul has a proven track record of helping major igaming businesses commercially scale.
“His experience across both supplier and operator landscapes makes him the ideal partner to support sales and help us drive further revenue.
“This engagement strengthens our ability to scale ClearStake and support more operators with innovative verification solutions.”

Myatt added: “I have followed ClearStake’s progress closely and it is clear the company is solving a real problem for operators.
“ID by Bank is a product with huge potential to improve onboarding and reduce cost, and I am excited to support the team as ClearStake moves into its next phase of growth.”
Earlier this year, ClearStake added Bede Gaming founder Michael Brady as a board adviser.
In February, it completed a seven-figure funding round with investment coming from execs at Flutter and PointsBet.
This was followed up with a £1.5m funding round last month, with investment being used to accelerate growth and support the continued rollout of ID by Bank.
