High Roller has strengthened its leadership team by appointing Carlo Scappaticci as chief marketing officer (CMO) and Frances Cong as its director of marketing.
The operator says it has appointed Scappaticci to lead its “marketing strategy, brand development, customer engagement and growth initiatives”.
Before joining High Roller as managing director of Canada in Q2 2025, Scappaticci served as vice-president of marketing at WynnBet.
He held the same role at Pala Interactive, supporting its acquisition by Boyd Gaming in 2022.
In the 2010s he served as CMO at Askott Entertainment and as marketing director at DafaBet.
Cong previously served as CRM and marketing director at Boyd Interactive. She was also a CRM and marketing consultant at Ruby Seven Studios from August 2024 to August 2025.

Last month High Roller posted its first ever quarterly profit as a publicly listed company, an achievement the operator attributed to its focus on more profitable markets.
