Top ten speakers to watch at SiGMA South Asia 2025

SiGMA South Asia 2025 is heading to Colombo, bringing operators, affiliates, suppliers, and tech professionals together under one roof from 30th of November to 2nd of December 2025 at Lumina Ballroom, Colombo, Sri Lanka. Even though the main conference part comes on 1–2 of December, the first day is for pre-event activities, where the crowd gets 

SiGMA South Asia 2025 is heading to Colombo, bringing operators, affiliates, suppliers, and tech professionals together under one roof from 30th of November to 2nd of December 2025 at Lumina Ballroom, Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Even though the main conference part comes on 1–2 of December, the first day is for pre-event activities, where the crowd gets warmed up and the tone is set for the upcoming days. Throughout the three days, the participants will be busy with an extensive program of keynotes, panel discussions, awards, and networking experiences. The below-mentioned speakers are the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the full lineup, which has brought together very experienced voices from the entire sector.

1. The speaker at 12:45 PM will be Joe Pisano, the CEO of JADE Entertainment and Gaming, with a talk titled “No Face, No Trace: AI, Data and the Player Profile.” He will take a look at the realities of AI-powered personalization and the manner in which it is placed within the current transition of data privacy regulations. Joe also looks ahead to what player journeys might become, imagining a world where people can move through blockchain-driven Web3 casino spaces with ease. As he puts it:

“Imagine entering a casino city and playing live slots in a Web3 environment.”

2. From 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM, Raj Kapoor, Founder of the India Blockchain Alliance, will take the stage with his keynote, “Tokenize Me!” Raj, a well-known voice in India’s blockchain scene, will break down how tokenization can turn fixed, traditional assets into flexible, tradeable markets—and why this shift matters for the industry’s future.

3. At 2:40 PM, Adam Fonsica, Co-Founder and COO of Random State, will follow with his keynote, “Modernizing Luck,”running until 2:55 PM. He’ll walk the audience through how classic gambling models are being reshaped for online environments. Adam draws on strong experience in digital gaming development and marketing, bringing a practical view of where the sector is heading.

4. Jeevan Gnanam, the founder of Vector AI, will speak from 11:40 AM to 12:10 PM and will show in detail how AI agents could assist organizations’ automation and make better decisions. Jeevan is a well-known voice in AI entrepreneurship, who is credited for developing the projects that speed up the innovation process.

5. On the first day, there will be a fireside chat with Evan Luthra, the Founding Partner at KOL Capital from 3:40 PM to 4:00 PM. Evan, an entrepreneur and investor widely recognized for his contributions to blockchain and entertainment, will be sharing his views on the latest wave of Web3 applications.

6. From 3:05 PM to 3:35 PM, Channa De Silva, CEO of LankaPay, will join the panel “Payments Orchestration and The Future of Digital Transactions.” With more than 30 years of experience in tech-driven businesses across the USA, Singapore, and Sri Lanka, Channa has played a major role in developing Sri Lanka’s digital payment systems and supporting broader financial inclusion.

7. At 2:20 PM, Kapil Dhiman, Co-Founder and CEO of Quranium, will deliver his keynote, “Be Uncrackable: The Quantum Defense of Blockchain.” Kapil, who specialises in cryptographic innovation, will walk through the growing challenge of protecting blockchain systems from emerging quantum threats. As he puts it:

“South Asia is where scale meets possibility. SiGMA AIBC turns that into momentum.”

8. From 11:40 AM to 12:00 PM on 1 December, H.E. Reuben Gauci, Malta’s High Commissioner to India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh, and Ambassador to Nepal, will officially open SiGMA South Asia 2025. With experience dating back to 2007 at Malta’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he has played a key part in strengthening Malta’s political and economic ties across South Asia from his post in New Delhi.

9. Mahesha Amarasuriya, Director at MasterCard, will take part in the panel on payments orchestration, highlighting how this technology is reshaping the digital economy. With deep experience in financial services and payment solutions, Mahesha notes:

“Payments orchestration is redefining the digital economy, bringing efficiency, security and scalability to an increasingly complex landscape.”

10. On day two at 11:05 AM, Sanali Kaushalya, Country Director and Ambassador for Women in Tech Sri Lanka, will speak on “Inclusive Tech for Responsible Growth.” Sanali is a committed advocate for women in STEM, focusing on ethical, inclusive innovation that supports sustainable fintech development.
